Registration is open for the Fall 2024 semester course, ECO 610: Offshore Wind Energy: Technology, Resources, Grid Integration, and Trends
 
Students and graduates are well-positioned for jobs in offshore wind and related industries, and many students are already part of the offshore wind workforce. The online, 3-course certificatecan be completed in less than a year, covers a broad range of disciplines involved in the industry, and provides students exposure to industry experts, career/internship opportunities, and hands-on learning opportunities.

Course registration is through UMass University Without Walls. The registration deadline for the Fall 2024 course is Tuesday, August 27th. Seats are limited, so early registration is recommended. The course begins on September 5th. Click here to register.

If you are interested in applying to the Certificate Program, e-mail us at oswcertificate@umass.edu(link sends e-mail) for more information. Note that you can register for one or more courses without pursuing the Certificate. (It is not necessary to apply to the program in order to register for courses.) Applicants for the Certificate must have a bachelor's degree upon beginning the Certificate program.
