Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution seeks an Electronics Engineering Technician (II/III), full-time with benefits. Maintain and operate 120+ ocean-bottom seismographs, work with research teams, and sail globally to deploy and recover instruments.

Laboratory assistants conduct bacteriological and chemical analysis of water samples. Academic background in microbiology, chemistry, or related field. Experience not necessary. Applicants must be available from 5/26/2026 – 8/29/2026.

Beach Sampler/Analysts assist environmental laboratory staff in the collection and analysis of beach samples. Must be able to collect samples alone under varying conditions. Must be available from May 26, 2026, through August 29, 2026.

Assist with educational programs; staff the SEASpace Marine Discovery Center and beach pop-up tents; design and deliver presentations, answer questions about CCS, marine animals and ocean conservation issues, and other general duties.

The AWSC Shark Center Intern plays a key role in delivering our mission through education and engaging visitors, assisting with daily operations, leading Shark Center programs, and guiding a harbor cruise in Chatham Harbor season for all guests
